管钱的一个好办法是建立一个花钱日志，写下你的花费，让自己清楚地知道所有的钱都花到哪里去了。我已经做到了这一点，而且我发现它的好处明显（只是偶尔觉得结果有点可怕！）　另一个办法正好相反，即建立一个储蓄日志。每当你把钱放进银行户头（或把几块钱放到床底下的果酱瓶里），记下日期和你存了多少钱。这是一个挺不错的可以激励存更多钱的方式。你也可以使用自己的日历或是日记本来做记录。

3. Keep a Savings Log

Something that’s often recommended for those sorting out their finances is to keep a spending log--to write down what you spend, so that you have a clear picture of where all the money is going. I’ve done this in the past, and it’s always revealing (and occasionally a bit horrifying!)　A twist on this, though, is to keep a savings log. Each time you make a deposit into your savings account (or each time you shove a few dollars into the jam jar hidden under your bed), write down the date and how much you saved. This can be a great way to motivate yourself to save more. You could also use your calendar or diary for this.
