澳洲联邦移民部长今晚（5月12日）宣布了一系列的移民政策调整，对技术移民的吸纳再次减少7100名；对人道类别的签证增加了250名，并且投资上亿元兴建大型豪华的非法移民拘留中心，争取让每一个营房都装上空调和暖气！

在现在的经济危机的条件下，新年度的技术移民安排计划，已经由澳洲政府宣布，旨在更加紧凑地应付澳洲急需职业。长话短说，移民政策新调整：

首先，2009-2010年的技术移民配额减少到108100名。

那些TAFE专业的急需职业技术移民申请者的英文，从四个五，提高到四个六。此政策从2010年1月1号开始实施，希望大家能早递交申请。

新推出一个职业能力评估测试，是旨在强化技术移民申请者早日找到相关工作的一个套餐。具体细节正在筹划，但是大体就是让申请者们多花钱。

黑民类别将得到解决。现在很多个案无法重审，但这些人中有的无法遣送出境；关押不是办法，且耗费财力物力，经济危机的澳洲再也无法花数亿澳币遣送这些已经在澳洲长期居住的黑民，且这些人很多是纳税人，他们的问题将得到一揽子的解决。

Highlightsof 2009 Federal Budget on the Migration Program

• TheMigration Program will total 168,700 places for 2009-10.

• TheFederal Government’s 2009 Budget has made a further cut to the permanentskilled migration intake to 108,000 places for the 2009-10 program (a 20%reduction to the previous budget)

• Thereduction will be achieved largely through cutbacks in the General SkilledCategory

• Ajob-readiness test will be introduced for onshore skilled applicants

• TheGovernment will be increasing the English language requirement for tradesoccupation to IELTS 6 from 1 July 2009 for offshore applicants and 1 January2010 for onshore applicants
